Delmarva EV Smart Program
Delmarva Power is offering rebates to their customers to encourage the growth of electric vehicle accessibility and use. Whether you’re an electric vehicle (EV) driver, considering buying an Electric Vehicle, or even a multifamily property owner, Delmarva Power’s EVsmart Program gives you the rebates, tools, and information you need to charge faster, smarter, and more conveniently than ever before.

Qualified participants may be eligible for a 100% discount on the purchase of qualified Level 2 smart chargers and for a 100% discount up to $15,000 in installation costs per charging station.
Commercial customers owning or leasing at least five plug-in vehicles can also apply to receive a 25% discount on the current rate for DC Fast Chargers in Delmarva Power’s public charging network.

To be eligible to receive incentives through the EVsmart Program, you must be an active Delmarva Power electric customer and own or operate the multifamily property. You will be required to give Delmarva Power access to your charging data, which requires either Wi-Fi or a 4G network at your property. You must also report the costs your electric vehicle drivers pay to charge their vehicles.
