What is PGE’s Business EV Charging Program About?
PGE is offering rebates to help offset the cost of installing qualifying Level 2 or DC fast EV chargers through their Business EV Charging Pilot Program. The pilot program will provide financial incentives to help bring EV adoption to workplaces, multifamily properties, commercial properties, or fleets, while also contributing to meeting Oregon’s climate and environmental goals.
What are the Incentive Amounts Available in the Program?

Earn rebates of up to $7,000 per port (Level 2 chargers typically have one or two ports) to help offset the cost. Multifamily properties may get up to $8,300 per port. There are two types of rebates, and you may receive both:
Charging hardware rebates of up to $1,000 per port for all customers, or $2,300 per port for multifamily properties.
Installation rebates of 80% of eligible costs paid, up to $6,000 per port and $36,000 per site. Eligible covered costs include the cost of installing electrical infrastructure to support the charger(s), including trenching, conduit, switchgear, equipment pads, line extension costs, site restoration, and charger installation.

Earn up to $25,000 per port (DCFCs typically have one port, even if they have two different connectors).
The rebate is $350 per kW of maximum output power (common power outputs are 50 kW, 100 kW, 150 kW, etc.), up to a maximum of $25,000 per port.

To qualify for the rebate, you must install PGE-approved networked, Level 2 chargers or DC Fast Chargers, then complete their rebate application and provide any supplemental information. *You may prequalify your project and reserve rebates for up to 12 months.
